These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website lojamundo.com, our mobile application and any related services (together, the "Service") operated by LojaMundo ("LojaMundo", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You may need to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse.

3. Products, Pricing and Availability

LojaMundo sources products from international retailers and delivers them to you. Product descriptions and images are provided for information and may differ slightly from the item delivered. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Unless indicated at checkout, displayed prices include our service and import handling fees; any additional customs duties, taxes or levies imposed by local authorities are set out at checkout or will be communicated before delivery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where restrictions apply to shipping certain goods to your location. Payment is collected at the time of order through our payment providers, which may include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and cash on delivery where offered. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Promotions and Coupons

Coupon codes and promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. We may withdraw or modify promotions at any time. Misuse of a promotion may result in cancellation of the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times shown on the Service are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, carrier issues or events beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for being available to receive the parcel. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described. Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the return is due to a defect. Certain goods, such as perishable items, opened cosmetics, supplements, personalised products and hygiene-sensitive products, may not be returnable unless defective. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the item. Our customer-support team will explain the procedure and any return-shipping arrangements when you contact us.

8. Authenticity Guarantee

We purchase only from official retailers and authorised distributors. If you can show that an item supplied by us is not genuine, we will refund the purchase price in full.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; interfere with its operation; scrape or copy content without permission; place fraudulent orders; or use the Service to purchase goods for resale in violation of law or manufacturer restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to LojaMundo and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Product names, brand names and trademarks displayed on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement of LojaMundo by those owners. You may not reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to third-party websites, app stores, payment providers and messaging platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LojaMundo and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LojaMundo from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our customer-support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

16. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
