About Us
LojaMundo is a cross-border shopping service that brings products from the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong to customers across India. We buy only from official retailers and authorised distributors, consolidate your order in our international hubs and deliver it to your door with full tracking. Our goal is simple: let you buy anything from anywhere, at a transparent price, without the hassle of international shipping and customs.
Shipping Policy
We offer three delivery speeds. Times are estimates from the date of dispatch from our hub and exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Express (DHL / FedEx): 3 to 7 business days.
- Standard: 10 or more business days.
- Economy: 16 or more business days.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel ships. Some items, such as batteries, aerosols, perishable food and oversized goods, may have shipping restrictions or be unavailable for certain destinations.
Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, GST and handling fees charged by Indian customs. Where we show a "duties included" or "landed" price at checkout, there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Where duties are not included, the estimated amount is displayed before you confirm your order and is collected by the carrier at delivery. We declare all shipments accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue them.
Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or materially different from its description. To start a return, contact support with your order number and photos of the issue. Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the return is due to a defect. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics, supplements, food, personal-care devices and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
LojaMundo Warranty
Every product we sell is covered by our authenticity guarantee: if an item is shown not to be genuine, we refund it in full. Electronics and appliances carry the manufacturer's international warranty where one is offered; because products are sourced abroad, local service centres may not honour it, so we additionally provide a 12-month LojaMundo warranty against manufacturing defects on electronics purchased through us. Accidental damage, misuse and normal wear are not covered.

Are the products genuine?
Yes. We purchase only from official stores and authorised distributors in the country of origin and ship them directly to you.
Can I pay with UPI or cash on delivery?
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and PayPal. Cash on delivery is available in selected cities and for orders under a certain value.
How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account to see live status, or use the tracking link sent to your email and WhatsApp.
Will the product work in India?
Most products are universal. For electrical items, check the voltage and plug type in the product description. Many devices support 100 to 240 V and only need a plug adapter.
How do I use a coupon?
Enter the code in the coupon box at checkout. New customers can use FIRST15 for 15% off their first order, and app users can use APP20.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are purchased from the origin store, usually within a few hours. After that, the order follows our return policy.
